You can rent the entire villa (max 14 pp), a floor (4-8 pp) or a room (2 pp).

Lenght of stay, in hight season normaly the minimun stay is weekly, in the other periods is possible to book also a shorter period or a weekend.

The average cost for the current year (2006-2007) is:

Hight season 30,00 euro for person/day.

Medium season 25,00 euro for person/day.

Low season 20,00 euro for person/day.

Your pets are welcome and don't pay!

ARRIVAL TIMES

The acceptable arrival times for this property are:
Sat 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 300,00 euro must be paid at the time of booking. It is also valid as a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded in full the day of your departure, if there are no damages to the property or to any items, otherwise the cost of any damage will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay.

Cancellation charges:
More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge
4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate
2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental rate
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental rate.

On request is possible to have maid service and baby sitting.
