finally ogmencoder has a nice look!
added -print option that creates a bash file with the commands, instead of running the encoding

added big hard disk mode, that enterely rips the dvd before starting the encoding
now one-pass encoding is the default

Updated the (very very old) "-help" option
Added the new "-cache" option that prevent the "stress" of the dvd reader. Not yet completely working because the program "ogmcat" is not ready. Using this option will be created a file for each chapter of the DVD and you, then, have to merge them manually.
