Senior Civil and Structural Engineer - Ingegnere Civile e Strutturista

I'm a  Senior Civil Engineer with more that 25 year experience (overseas) working in Construction Team , with different role (Supervision, Management , QA, QC , HSE Inspector) with particular reference to the responsibility for all aspects of civil engineering, (Buildings, Paving, Underground piping electrical and instrument , water drainage, roads etc.) .  

·                     Detail Engineering for Building, Roads and Industrial Plants (Progettazione di dettaglio di opere civili ed industriali)

·                     Site Managing and Surveying in Italy and Overseas ( Direzioni di Cantiere e di Lavori in Italia ed all'estero)

·                     QA Inspector and Advisor ( Responsabile Qualità)

·                     Safety Advisor and Manager ( Responsabile Sicurezza)

·                     Extensive knowledge of design procedure and specifications, procedure preparation, scheduling, cost estimation, proposal preparation and subcontract bid package, construction field Engineering & design, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, alignment and Topographic check and survey, Safety Indoctrination and Managing

·                    Master qualification to the Albo della Libera Professione di Ingegnere (Italian Official Professional Board of the Engineers);

·                    Qualified  HSE  Coordinator   according to Italian Law  494//1996 and 528/1999 

·                    Member of Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Bari - Italy (Official Professional Board of the Engineers - Province Bari -Italy);

·                    Member of Judge Technical Consultant Board for Official Court of Bari and Potenza - Italy;

·                    Member of Technical Consultant Board for Ministry of Air Force - Italy;

In the last few year I'm being applied on IT applications for Engineering group , Data Warehousing , Data Management (Recentemente ho sviluppato le problematiche di applicazione dell'informatica applicata alla gestione del processo di sviluppo di societa' di Ingegneria , Data Warehousing ecc )

2005-2006 DEC – Degennaro Group  -Rome -Italy                 - Project Manager and Construction Manager of  4 Underground Parking – Policlinico Gemelli di Roma  (34 M €)

2003-2004   -   ENI (ex AGIP)  - WAFA Oil&Gas Project  - Mellitah – Libya  - 

Gas Separation Plant   - North coast of Lybya – Huge project ( above 3000 B$ ) -  Senior Civil Superintendent

Construction Management and Site Engineering -Responsibility was coordinate with client's resident representatives on job-site activities within assigned area of operations and ensure assigned job-site operations in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. – It was a  large job, coordinates multi-discipline craft activities covering more areas of the project. Provides back-up support to the Site Manager.

1999-2002 - BP Amoco - Zhuhai PTA - Purified Terephtalic Acid Plant - Zhuhai (Guandong ) - R.P.China

Chemical Plant in south of China Mainland - The 1st Private chemical Plant in China to be built in between HongKong and Macao (Guandong) Special Development Zone .

Actually applied as Construction Superintendent Civil & Structural Leader Engineer - Impianto Chimico nella Cina Meridionale - Il primo impianto chimico a proprieta' privata nella Repubblica Popolare Cinese nella Zona Economica Speciale tra HongKong e Macao (Guandong) .

In the last experience I was assigned to a field construction organization in a managerial position. Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities .

 

  • 1993 /1994   TPL Rome -ITALY      Yizheng Corporation Chemical PTA Plant - Yizheng - Jansu Province - R.P. China –US$ 180MM Duties:·       Civil Works and Steel Structures Construction Field Engineer;·      Prefabrication Steel Structures Project Engineer  & Inspector;·  Erection Superintendent - QA Inspector - Safety Advisor;·     Field Engineering and Field Supervisor.
