just a few words to explain to you what to expect:

the B&B is situated in a very quiet secondary road near S.Giovanni in Laterano’s Basilica On the main street there is the most picturesque street market in Rome, open every day: The market of Via Sannio. The Colosseo is to ten minutes on foot.If you want to relax in the green you can go to Villa Celimontana, a park full of harmony, where a Jazz Festival takes place every summer

The underground line A (S.Giovanni stop is 200 metres far) is near there, and public transport (working day and night). The historic centre is reachable in 10 minutes. Moreover, it is easy to find a free parking for you near the B&B.

Nearby, there is Piazza Vittorio, rich in multhiethnic restaurants, and the historic area of San Lorenzo, overcrowded with university students, full of both fashionable places and typical roman “osteria”.

In the area you can find shops and all that you need, from bars (open day and night), restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, pharmacy, theatres, cinemas, internet points. The house staff – that is me – will always be available to give you advice and useful information. If not by words, we will communicate by gestures…and I am very good at it!

The apartment is on the sixth floor and has been renovated recently. The all rooms have air conditional and private bathroom. The atmosphere is really quiet and reserved.

Service includes also breakfast, which is strictly italian. For the continental one we are organizing as soon as possible…I hope that is all you can need.
