01/1993:
I started my University course in Telecommunication Engineer the first dedicated course in Italy for telecommunication, the focus of the course was to prepare people to define network architecture for radio systems, satellite systems, Internet and mobile systems, managing the data information, the architecture and the electronic circuits. After some years I have chosen to study deeply mobile systems and military radar systems. In that period I have maintained my study work in my family shop splitting my time for study and work in percentage of 70 % and 30%. Moreover, I started learning HTML and WEB application using Linux tools as Quanta or Bluefish, I used RedHat 6.1 and to have Internet connection I learned how to recompile the Kernel ( I had to make my ISDN card working)
09/2002 – 07/2003:
I started my final work at University inside the LAB MMEDIA under the supervision of Prof. Falaschi and Prof. Lombardo. This first target was to develop a server to reach DGPS data ( differential GPS data ) from a radio station ( Trimble) and send them trough Internet following the project idea DGPS Over IP by W. Rupprecht (http://www.wsrcc.com/wolfgang/gps/dgps-ip.html). I develop a Linux server in ‘C’ language without forking technology but only broadcasting the data received on the serial port, the software has been published in different internet places (http://infocom.uniroma1.it/alef/wric/dgpsip_labtel.html ) with the name MiniMetas that means Mini Meta Server. The second step was to develop a client to reach the data and to parse the GPS strings in NMEA format. I did this client using the GTK+ technology, it has been published at same link above and in other web places. After I started to develop other software to reach lot of satellite data to study the GPS/RTCM signal, at that moment I have involved the EUREF-IP network http://www.epncb.oma.be/ to have access to their servers and saving the data for post elaboration Octave/Matlab software, studying all the atmospheric component of the signal. Using the results I have defined the distance between the RTCM radio stations to have a perfect position using a DGPS receiver. In this phase I have learn the GTK coding usning the GPSDRive http://www.gpsdrive.de/ (Fritz Ganter) and involving some personnel of Philips in Holland to understand the atmospheric components and electric circuits to calculate their value. 07/2003-12/2003
I went ahead working with Prof. Falaschi to maintain the DGPS server acting as system engineer, the collaboration ended cause of misunderstanding among some university departments so I have cut of all the enhancements on the MiniMetas server. In the same period I got contact with lot of people interested in using the DGPS system MiniMetas, I reached Osamu Suzuky from Japan that wanted to use MiniMetas control boat navigation inside the sea port and he did it, other companies were interested to use the system integrating the GPRS technology to check trains position, so I started to work as presales man studying the feasibility and working on this integration. I was very very happy!.
01/2004 – 03/2004
I start working at igtechnology a start-up company for consultant services and body rental. I got some professional details working for Ericsson S.p.A in the charging billing system, I started to see Oracle database, Corba framework, C++ and Java technology without focusing on anything particular. I finished the professional relation due to poor salary (1000€/ monthly), the job monthly costs ( 250/300 €) and the consultant contract with end – data.
04/2004-12/2005
AspNet S.p.A called me to work on GIS (geographical information systems) bringing ahead the MiniMetas work involving me in a very large project where I became immediately a system planner and the main responsible for a part of the software product. I worked hardly in C/C++ to develop a software engine for Oracle database interfacing, Oracle SSO (single sign on) authentication protocol managing, ESRI SDE ( maps database) data queries. This product has been presented at ESRI conference in Rome in the same year, After I started working on Java systems to port the software in another technology using SOAP/AXIS and web server or servlet container, we develop lot of application using Java and also Active Bpel framework to integrate the different application in an unique product. There I started also to manage the Java developers and I learn some project management basic concepts as project scope and project targets, understanding my troubles in inter-relatioships with others developers. I was not a perfect team player but I became it. In the same contest I started working with Oracle frameworks, Oracle 9i/10g and Oracle Network Grid computing, this why the company is Oracle partner. In the same period I worked as private home buildings sales, this gave me the opportunity to solve some family problems with a Bank, I sold one appartment with Bank and family satisfaction and marginal gain.
01/2006-07/2007
Trama S.r.L (limited) Asked to me to work for their project, I accepted starting working as Technical Project Leader, developing web application with Tomcat/Java/Jsp/HTML/Javascript/Mysql. The target was to give a management system for airports Customs to check passports and documents, this project is called FADO and was financed by European community, also the 3M company was involved as partner and sometimes a got short meetings with them. In the same period, tired by the boring work, I have proposed the company services to some e-gov and to others, also i turned back in touch with Prof. Falaschi to develop a Voice over IP system using Asterix framework but i did not finish it. Working as sales was very important and gave me good business opportunities, I understood that technical creativity and initiative are my best items. I closed the relation with the company cause of their internal problems
08/2007-Present

Asked to me to work as project manager in international constest, I was very happy.
I started have international meetings in Middle Orient, North Afric and many other coutries and lot of
customers. I learned streaming technology, CMS Rails sustems and lot of other technical items.
I leaned the core of the management, planning, budget control and so on. I had the responsability of a team of people,
And now i can go on offering my best skills.
In the same period I starting to organize a company start up with my friend to try to reach more contacts inside the IT Market
so, using my creativity, I made the Utalk company, based on live video conf application.
In this period we fastly began to have relations with USA companies, India, Cina, Italy, Bulgary and Russian
companies without having products to sell ready yet. We began the 2nd link in Google using language sharing search keywords.
We are working hardly to make this product range large as we need.
I'm confident that this strategy can help my to work with my current employer with customer sharing
