Studies
Accountancy Diploma: received from "Margherita di Savoia" College of Rome (Italy) in 1994, marks 56/60;
Degree in Mathematics: received from "La Sapienza" University of Rome in May 2000, marks 109/110;Graduation Thesis: "Reversibility Property for Homogenous Markov Chains and Applications".
Ref. Prof. Fabio Spizzichino - Probability and Stochastic Processes
Currently, I am Ph.D. student at Computing and Systems
Engineering Department (DIS) in the University of Rome "La Sapienza".
On Gennuary 2001, I followed the school:
"Topics in Nonlinear Dynamics: Stability, Bifurcation and Caos"
organized by SICC (Italian Society for Caos and Complexity), FEEM (Fondazione ENI Enrico Mattei) and Politecnico di Milano, in Milan (Italy). Now, I am member of the SICC.
On Gennuary 2002, I attended a new International School TOPICS IN NONLINEAR
DYNAMICS, organized by SICC, in Venice (Italy), where a special session has been
devoted to evolutionary dynamics.
Research
In the context of my Ph.D. studies, I am researching optimization problems about congestion control and scheduling in Wireless Internet Networks satisfying QoS requirements. I am also involved in the capacity allocation problem for Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) networks.
Other research fields of interest are: control theory,
filtering theory and stochastic processes.
